Order & Production Timelines
How long does it take to make my order?
Every Phallacy piece is made to order — crafted with intention, not mass-produced. Production takes 3–15 business days depending on the item. Once your order ships, domestic (US) delivery adds another 4–14 business days. For items produced outside the US, allow 7–28 business days for delivery.
Why does it take that long?
Because we refuse to cut corners. Each piece is printed and finished on demand to ensure the quality standard Phallacy is built on. Your patience is rewarded with something made right.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders are fulfilled and delivered within 7–28 business days after production. Exact timelines vary by destination.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your package every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking info after 15 business days, reach out to us at PhallacyUSA@gmail.com and we'll look into it within 1–2 business days.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide tailored to that item. We recommend checking it before ordering — our pieces are designed to fit with purpose, and the right size makes all the difference.
What if I'm between sizes?
When in doubt, size up. Our garments are cut clean and intentional. If you have a specific fit question, email us at PhallacyUSA@gmail.com before ordering.

What are your garments made of?
Material details are listed on each individual product page. We source fabrics that meet our standard — quality you can feel, built to last beyond a season.
How should I care for my Phallacy piece?
To preserve the print and fabric quality: wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry on low or hang dry, and avoid ironing directly on printed areas. Treat it well — it's built to go the distance.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns anytime after you receive your item, as long as it's in original, unworn condition with tags attached. No arbitrary deadlines — we stand behind what we make.
How do I start a return?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay — including Shop Pay Installments, so you can split your purchase into manageable payments without interest.
Is it safe to pay on your site?
